You are in the company for 1 year now and you have just came to your first retrospective interview. It's being led by this new, young and pretty HR girl Nikoleta from whose shoes and feet you just can't take your eyes. You go together through the questionnaire you have filled before and Nikoleta stops at one particular point in your questionnaire - cancellation of restriction on open-toe shoes. She starts to ask why do you want such a thing and you really do not have an answer.
