I'm just settling into my room on day one of a lovely city break in Berlin, when the door opens, and out of nowhere, in walk this statuesque brunette. She informs me this is her room and asks what I'm doing in it. There's obviously been a mix up down at reception, but this lady has brought her A game in attitude, so we exchange words.... after the initial prickly meeting, she sits down with me and we start to chat. Turns out she's not so bad, just a bit stressed after a long journey, we decide to leave it to the hotel to sort out, but while she's waiting for an alternative room to be prepared, let's see what we can do to relieve some of that stress now shall we!?
