Officer Loni is newly sanctioned to the local police and has been sent to investigate a noise complaint in the neighborhood. She arrives at Catherine's house who quickly invites her to sit down and take a load off. Eager to get to the bottom of things, Loni sits only to have Catherine take an interest in the handcuffs dangling from her belt. Catherine easily overpowers the tiny policewoman and begins to have her way with her. Once Loni's boots have been removed, Catherine discovers a tender pair of creamy caramel soles to play with her fingers and tongue. Being the most ticklish officer on the squad definitely has it's advantages when you are handcuffed and barefoot.
