I popped round to see one of my tenants the other day. She's a lovely young lady, and always so carefree and relaxed around me. So sweet. But sadly I had some news for her, and wanted to talk face to face rather than on the phone, or by email. She seemed genuinely happy to see me and was in a really playful mood. If I'm honest, I find her lovely ways and gorgeous looks quite seductive..... how am I gonna break this news to her!?
